Are you tired of feeling scattered, anxious, and spiritually numb in a world that never stops scrolling? Digital Monasticism offers a radical alternative: ancient wisdom for a distracted age. Drawing on the riches of monastic tradition, Scripture, and global Christianity, this book invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and recover the sacred center of your life. As constant notifications erode your attention and digital habits shape your desires, you're not just losing time, you're losing touch with God, others, and your soul. But there's another way. With rich theology and accessible storytelling, Digital Monasticism offers a practical path toward stillness, simplicity, and presence. You'll learn how to craft a digital rule of life, embrace rhythms of prayer and rest, and inhabit the online world with holy resistance. This isn't a call to escape the digital world: it's an invitation to live in it differently.
