Author Biography

The author was born in Trinidad but moved to his Father's homeland, Grand Cayman within his first year. He schooled there, gradually learning that his proud ancestry had the adversity of being caught up into slavery. At 16, the author took to sea. At 19, he had studied various career choices, created a small business, and by his early twenties, he immigrated to Canada, married and raised a family. He is currently a retired marine engineer... So come on in and chat awhile with a descendant of Fletcher Christian, and of Napoleon's Admiral Gantaume, a Grandson of Carib & Arawack Indians and of Runaway Slaves. Come listen to tales passed down by them to their descendants...
