Scaredy Cat Sammy - Paperback

by Jo Lee (Author)

Everyone has a shiny new comet-trail bike - everyone except Sammy Star, who says bikes are dumb. But deep in his glowing little heart, a tiny voice whispers, please.

When Mama Moon leans down and asks gently what he is really afraid of, Sammy learns that the shivery-quivery feeling in his tummy is not fear at all. It is excitement, waiting to be let out.

A bedtime story about courage, about falling over and getting right back up, and about the grown-ups who wait instead of rushing us. Inspired by a real Alaskan raven named Braveheart, who taught the author that the bravest ones are simply the first to try.

Ages 4-8. And keep your eyes open - a little black cat is hiding on every single page.
