A few days after I ripped off a bandaid, and cut open the scar from something I had thought I had long healed from I begun writing poems on sticky notes. All of those funky feelings like anger, resentment, sadness, but also reminders to find the beauty in things. This is a collection of twenty one of those sticky notes.
