The Boy From Ballinamuck - Paperback

by Brian Donnelly (Author)

From a village in Southern Ireland to a hard-drinking, hard-loving and hard-living life in Hertfordshire and London - a time that seems long ago now, but is really only the recent past. Brian left the family cattle farm at fifteen, without any academic qualifications, and went on to have many hilarious exploits, all of which are detailed in this book (well, maybe not all). His tale is colourful, hilarious and not very PC, as you'll see when you read The Boy From Ballinamuck. Reviews: 'A book of scandalous charm'; 'The antidote to all the tiresome bollocks that passes for writing these days'; 'Spirited and vivid, imaginative and poetic'; 'Gritty, hard-hitting and hilarious'; 'Rich, thick and magically lyrical'; 'A book you'll find impossible to put down'
